Xavier joined our team after completing his articling in 2017 and graduating from Laval University. In January 2024, Xavier became one of the firm’s partners. His practice focuses on asset-based and equipment financing at both the wholesale and retail levels, the obtention of securities and guarantees, the negotiation of inter-creditor agreements, enforcement and execution, as well as commercial litigation in those areas.

Xavier regularly represents our specialized clients before various levels of Quebec courts, including the Court of Appeal. He is a rigorous lawyer who stands out for his commitment to serving clients efficiently and practically.
