Marc was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1975 after having graduated from McGill University Law. Through his years of practice, Marc has developed his abilities in the areas of banking and commercial law. He is one of the founding partners of our firm.

Not only is Marc an experienced litigator, his services have also been retained by an association of businesses that was established to make representations before the Government of Quebec at the time that the Registry of Personal and Real Moveable Rights (RDPRM) was being put into place. He sought to have more uniformity in the areas of securities and secured financing, which influenced the establishment of the current Quebec system of security publication being similar in many ways to the systems in the rest of Canada.
